I’m Faisal Mamsa, an entrepreneur and finance-tech leader with a lifelong passion for business, innovation, and transparency. My journey began in treasury and investment banking, where I held leadership roles at UNB, SCB, DIB, and Ernst & Young in Bahrain. During these years, I saw how financial professionals rely on timely, reliable data—an insight that led me to found Tresmark, the region’s first homegrown financial data platform. Today, Tresmark is the largest of its kind in Pakistan, trusted by banks, corporates, and investors for FX, derivatives, Sukuk structures, and valuations.

As I worked closely with corporate boards, I noticed the constant challenges around governance and compliance. This inspired me to build Axis Digital, a suite of tools that includes Diskus (AI-led digital boardroom), AxisSign (digital signatures), and DiskusFlow (compliance execution). These solutions aim to simplify decision-making, strengthen governance, and make complex workflows more efficient. I firmly believe that governance and innovation don’t compete—they complete each other.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to speak at global platforms such as GITEX and LEAP, collaborate with institutions like SECP, DIFC, SAMA, ICAP, PICG, CMA, and FMAP, and be featured in leading media outlets. At my core, I focus on solving problems that make markets fairer, boards more effective, and compliance less burdensome—always using technology to create meaningful impact for organisations navigating a rapidly evolving digital future.
