I’ve spent my career at the crossroads of finance and technology — first in treasury and investment banking, and later as an entrepreneur building platforms that make markets and boardrooms more transparent.

After ten years in leadership positions at banks including UNB, SCB, and DIB, I realized how much financial professionals depend on timely, reliable data. That gap led me to launch Tresmark, the region’s first homegrown financial data platform. Over the years it has grown into the largest platform of its kind in Pakistan, trusted by banks, corporates, and investors for everything from FX and derivatives pricing to Shariah-compliant Sukuk structures and valuations.

My journey didn’t stop there. Seeing how corporate boards struggled with governance, compliance, and meeting management, I founded Axis, which today offers solutions such as Diskus (AI-led digital boardroom), AxisSign (digital signatures), and DiskusFlow (compliance execution). Together these tools are shaping how organizations manage decisions, compliance, and projects.

Along the way, I’ve been cited in leading media outlets and TV programs, spoken at GITEX, LEAP, and governance seminars, and collaborated with institutions including SECP, DIFC, SAMA, ICAP, PICG, CMA, and FMAP.

At the core, my work is about solving problems: making markets fairer, boards more effective, and compliance less of a burden.
